After having photos taken in Raqchi we set off to Chivay, altitude 3,635 metres, climbing as high as 4,780 metres on the way only to be stuck in the mud for three hours at 4,700 metres, high enough when trying to dig the truck out of the mud. The only success was when another truck was hired to help pull us out of the mud.
.We stayed overnight at the Colca Inn in Chivay.
